MSMMJN 2010 OUTLOOK CHALLENGES

Work today (2010) at MJN Philippines… Last year January 2009 as a result of closure of at WWMG our colleagues more than 57 members were lost their jobs. At the end of December 2009 another redundancy of 33 members due to outsourcing to 3rd party of Warehousing, Maintenance work, BIB, Canning pack off of Production.

Our jobs was directly affected brought by radical changes in challenging external environment of the Company as their choices on leveraging & optimizing internal resources. The business of the Company realigned to maximize the structure with more focus in a certain business units that resulted some position to be no longer necessary.
